Toleds is the super app for food, errands and courts in Toledo City and nearby towns in Cebu. Order from local restaurants and cafes, or look up any listed business. We've been delivering since 8 June 2026, with more than 5,000 orders so far. The app is free on Android, iOS and Huawei, and we deliver to all 38 Toledo City barangays and take orders in the towns nearby.
How do I order food in Toledo City with Toleds?
Download the Toleds app, sign in with your phone number, pick a restaurant or cafe, and check out. You pay cash when your order arrives, and the total you see at checkout is what you pay.
How much is delivery in Toledo City?
Delivery starts at ₱49 for the first 2 kilometres from the shop to your address. After that, a per-kilometre rate applies along the road, plus ₱15 between 10 PM and 4 AM. There is no service fee and no small-order fee, and you see the exact fee before you order.

Yes. Toleds is free to download and free to use, with no subscriptions. The total you see at checkout is what you pay.
How does Toleds make money with zero commission?
Toleds adds a small markup to menu prices, and it's already in the price you see in the app. Merchants get paid the full price they set, and nothing is taken from merchants or riders.
What is a Toleds Merchant Partner?
A Merchant Partner is a business whose owner has claimed its listing and runs it from the merchant dashboard: menu, prices, photos, hours and stock. 48 of the 146 businesses on Toleds are Merchant Partners today, and any owner can claim theirs for free.

Toleds delivers to all 38 Toledo City barangays: Poblacion, Sangi, Ibo, Luray II, Don Andres Soriano (Lutopan), Cantabaco, Dumlog, Matab-ang, Talavera, and the mountain barangays too, like Gen. Climaco (Malubog), Camp 8 and Awihao. It also takes orders in the towns nearby: Pinamungajan, Balamban, Aloguinsan, Naga and Minglanilla. How do payments work on Toleds?

What if the rider cannot find my address in Toledo?
Every order has a chat with your rider and live GPS tracking, and your rider sees your exact drop-off pin. You can add a sitio landmark, your gate color or a call-when-near note to any order. Toleds Riders live in Toledo, so they know the sitio names that map apps miss.
