Is Toleds really free to use?
Yes. Downloading the app, browsing menus, and placing orders are all free. No subscriptions, no surprise charges. The order total you see before checkout is what you pay.
How does Toleds make money if there’s zero commission?
A small per-item markup on menu prices (currently set to 0%) is the only revenue source, and it is always visible inside the in-app price you see. Merchants are paid their original price in full. We will only ever turn the markup on slowly, and it stays small enough that ordering on Toleds remains the cheapest way to get from a Toledo restaurant to your door.
Where in Toledo does Toleds deliver?
All 38 Toledo City barangays, from Poblacion and Sangi to the mountain barangays like Don Andres Soriano (Lutopan) and Gen. Climaco (Malubog). Delivery fees scale with distance and are shown before the order is placed.
How do payments work?
Cash on delivery at launch. You pay the rider directly when the order arrives. Online payment options like GCash and card roll out after launch.
What if the rider cannot find my address?
Every order has an in-app chat between customer and rider, plus live tracking so the rider can see the exact drop-off pin on the map. You can add sitio landmarks, gate colors, and call-when-near instructions to any order.
What hours is Toleds available?
You can browse any time. Delivery availability depends on each merchant’s hours and whether riders are online. Most restaurants run 8am to 10pm, and every listing shows "Open now" vs "Closed" so you know before you order.
