Toleds is Toledo City's super app, the free hyperlocal platform for food delivery, errand service, and local business discovery in Toledo, Cebu. The mobile app is free to download on Android and iOS, and Toleds covers all 38 Toledo City barangays.
How do I order food in Toledo City with Toleds?
Toleds lets you order food in Toledo City in four steps: download the Toleds app, sign in with your phone number, pick a restaurant or cafe from any of the 38 Toledo City barangays, and check out. Cash on delivery is the default payment method at launch. The order total displayed before checkout is the total you pay.
Is Toleds really free to use?
Toleds is free to download and free to use. Browsing menus, placing orders, and tracking deliveries are all free. There are no subscriptions and no surprise charges. The order total you see before checkout is what you pay.
How does Toleds make money with zero commission?
Toleds earns through a small per-item markup on menu prices (currently set to 0%), which is always included inside the price shown in the app. Merchants are paid their full base price for every item sold. Toleds does not deduct a commission from merchants or riders. The markup is the only revenue source, and it stays small enough that ordering on Toleds remains the cheapest way to get food from a Toledo restaurant to your door.
Which Toledo City barangays does Toleds deliver to?
Toleds delivers to all 38 Toledo City barangays, including Poblacion, Sangi, Carmen, Luray II, Ibo, Don Andres Soriano (Lutopan), Cantabaco, Daanlungsod, Matab-ang, Poog, and the mountain barangays Gen. Climaco (Malubog), Camp 8, and Awihao. Delivery fees scale with distance and are shown before the order is placed.
Can Toleds run errands besides food delivery?
Yes. Toleds offers errand service in Toledo City for pickups from groceries, pharmacies, and small custom shopping lists. You build a checklist in the app, set the pickup and drop-off addresses, and a rider runs the errand. Errand orders use the same rider network and the same in-app tracking as food delivery.
How do payments work on Toleds?
Cash on delivery is the default payment method at launch. You pay the rider directly when the order arrives. Online payment options such as GCash, e-wallet, and card are planned for after launch and will be added inside the app as they roll out.
What if the rider cannot find my address in Toledo?
Every Toleds order has an in-app chat between customer and rider, plus live GPS tracking so the rider can see the exact drop-off pin on the map. You can add sitio landmarks, gate colors, and call-when-near instructions to any order. Toleds riders are residents of Toledo City and know local sitio names that may not appear on commercial maps.
What hours is Toleds available in Toledo City?
Toleds is browsable any time of day. Delivery availability depends on each merchant's operating hours and whether riders are online. Most Toledo restaurants on the platform run roughly 8am to 10pm, and every listing shows live "Open now" or "Closed" status so you know before you order.
