All 38 barangays of Toledo City.

Toledo City has 38 barangays, and each one is a little different. Some are busy commercial areas around the Poblacion plaza and the main road. Some are fishing communities on the Tañon Strait. Some are up in the hills above the city, and a few, like Sangi, are industrial areas built around big employers. Here's a short profile of each and how Toleds delivers there.
The urban core: Poblacion, Carmen and Luray II
Poblacion has City Hall, the public market, the pier and more restaurants and shops packed together than anywhere else in the city. Carmen and Luray II are right beside it and just as busy. Both are top-five barangays for Toleds deliveries, with short trips from Poblacion merchants and plenty of riders.
If you're moving to Toledo and want to be close to everything, these three are the obvious choice. They also get the most foot traffic, which helps if you're opening a business.
The coastal barangays
Toledo's coastline runs north to south along the Tañon Strait. Sangi is the biggest and most industrial of the coastal barangays. It has good community facilities, and orders come in steadily. Ibo, farther north, has fishing families living next to new subdivisions. Poog and Matab-ang are quieter, with fishing as the main work and easy beach access.
The coast feels different from the rest of Toledo. You can smell the sea, fresh seafood is easy to find, and the fishers and the port set the pace of the day.
The mountain and upland barangays
The mountain barangays grew up with the mines: Don Andres Soriano (Lutopan), Camp 8, Canlumampao, Putingbato, Juan Climaco Sr., Gen. Climaco (Malubog), Awihao, Landahan and Cantabaco. Lutopan is the biggest and works as a second commercial hub, with its own market, schools and restaurants. Camp 8 is named after one of the numbered mining camps from that era.
Cantabaco is its own thing: people go there for the caves and the rock climbing, and it brings more tourists to Toledo every year.
Deliveries up here take longer than in central Toledo, but Toleds covers them. When you're ordering from the hills, a merchant in Lutopan will often get to you faster than one in Poblacion.
The residential barangays
The rest are mostly residential: Bato, Biga, Bulongan, Bunga, Cabitoonan, Calongcalong, Capitan Claudio, Daanlungsod, Dumlog, Ilihan, Loay, Magdugo, Media Once, Pangamihan, Sagay, Sam-ang, Santo Niño (Mainggit), Subayon, Talavera, Tubod, Tungkay and Tungkop. These are family barangays with close communities and stable populations, and orders come in steadily.
A lot of Toleds regulars live here. Once a household finds the app, it usually keeps ordering.
Delivery across the city
Toleds covers all 38 Toledo City barangays. Deliveries are quicker near the busy commercial areas and slower where it's far or hilly. Either way, the app shows the delivery fee and time before you order.
Up in the mountains, pick a merchant in Lutopan for the fastest service. On the coast, a Poblacion merchant works well, and so does a carinderia in your own area.
