By accessing or using Toleds ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Toleds. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
  • Submit false orders or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, riders, or business owners

5. Delivery Terms

Toleds connects customers with local businesses and independent delivery riders. We facilitate the ordering and delivery process but are not the seller of goods. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand, distance, and rider availability.

6. Payments

Payment methods and pricing are displayed at the time of order. Toleds does not charge commission to businesses or riders. Prices shown are set by individual businesses.

7. Intellectual Property

The Toleds name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of Toleds. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Toleds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by businesses on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toleds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
