Toleds carries a point of sale, in the same app you use for delivery orders. Some businesses only ever need to charge a customer and print. Others seat tables, fire orders to the kitchen and split the bill at the end. Pick the mode that matches how you already work.

Bakeries, coffee windows, stalls, shop counters. The customer pays and walks out.

  1. Ring up the order

    The grid is the menu you already built, same variants and modifiers.

  2. Take payment

    Cash, GCash or bank transfer, and one sale can be paid with more than one of them. The change is worked out for you.

  3. Print the receipt

    It prints on the same Bluetooth printer you paired for delivery slips, with your business name at the top.

  4. Close the day

    One end-of-day screen: gross sales, sales by tender, what sold most, and anything voided.

Every business starts here. One with no tables uses only this and never sees a floor plan.

Restaurants, bars, anywhere with seats. The bill stays open through the meal and closes at the end.

  1. Seat the table

    Draw your floor plan once in settings. Takeout orders sit beside the tables, and any table can be renamed.

  2. Fire to the kitchen

    The kitchen gets its own printed ticket: items, quantities, modifiers and who it's for, with no prices on it.

  3. Keep the bill open

    Every round stacks onto one open bill through the meal. Move the whole bill if the group changes tables.

  4. Split and close out

    Split by item, evenly across the party, or by whatever amount each person hands over.

Switched on per business. Turn it off and the floor plan disappears without touching a single past bill.

Then keep only the parts you use

Each one is a switch in your own settings. Anything you leave off never shows up in the app, so the POS stays as small as your business needs.

  • Open tickets

    Park a ticket under a customer's name and come back to it later. Handy at a counter with no tables.

  • Cash drawer

    Open a shift, record a pay-out, count the drawer at close. Toleds works out what should be in there and shows you the difference.

  • PWD and senior discounts

    The 20% goes on the line of the person it belongs to, per eligible guest, and carries through to the bill total and the printed receipt.

  • Works during a brownout

    Ring up with no signal and the sales wait on the phone. They send themselves once the line is back, still dated the day they happened.

  • Your own receipt

    Your business name sits at the top. Break VAT out of the price if you need it printed under the total.

  • Reports you can send

    Sales journal and date-range totals on the web dashboard. Email yourself any range as CSV, PDF or Excel.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no commission on merchant orders. Toleds exists so a local business doesn't lose profit just to offer delivery.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No contract, no lock-in. Pause, disable or delist any time, and you're free to run on other platforms too. Toleds is non-exclusive, always.

How does payout work?

On a delivery order, the rider pays you at pickup, then the customer pays the rider at the door. Toleds never holds your money and never deducts a commission.

What about walk-in customers?

Walk-ins, dine-in and phone orders stay entirely yours. The app also carries a free POS you can ring those sales up on, print a receipt from, and read one daily total off. Counter businesses charge and print. Restaurants can seat tables, fire orders to the kitchen and split the check. Using any of it is your call, and your listing never depends on it.

Do I need a smartphone?

Yes. Any Android or iPhone from the last few years works, and the merchant app runs on the phone you already use every day.

Who delivers the orders?

Verified Toledo riders, through our dispatch system. You can also use your own in-house rider if you prefer.

Where does the team operate?

Toledo City. The team is local, so setup, support and verification all happen in person or over direct messages.

Is there a hidden cost?
