What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There's no setup fee, no monthly fee and no commission on your orders.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contract and no lock-in. You can pause, switch off or delist any time. Toleds is non-exclusive, so you can stay on other platforms too.
How do I get paid?
On a delivery order, the rider pays you when they pick it up. The customer then pays the rider at the door. Toleds never holds your money or takes a commission.
What about walk-in customers?
Walk-ins, dine-in and phone orders are all yours. You can take those orders on the free POS in the app, print a receipt and see your daily total. Restaurants can also seat tables, send orders to the kitchen and split the bill. The POS is up to you, and your listing doesn't depend on it.
Do I need a smartphone?
Yes. Any Android phone or iPhone from the last few years will do.
Who delivers the orders?
Verified Toleds Riders who live nearby. You can also use your own in-house rider.
Where does the team operate?
Toledo City and nearby towns. We're local, so setup, support and verification happen in person or by direct message.
Is there a hidden cost?
