Toleds is a hyperlocal super-app created to serve the people of Toledo City, Cebu. We combine a business directory, delivery marketplace, and community tools into one free platform.

Our Story

Toledo City has around 200,000 people — families, sari-sari store owners, restaurant operators, delivery riders, and students. Yet there's no single platform that connects everyone locally. Orders happen on messy Facebook group chats. Business info is scattered. Community announcements get lost in the noise.

Toleds was born from a simple idea: what if Toledo City had its own app? Not a copy of Manila's delivery apps with their commissions and corporate structure, but something built here, for here.

We started with delivery because that's where the pain is sharpest. Local riders deserve proper tools. Restaurants deserve a fair platform. Customers deserve a better experience than scrolling through GC posts.

And we're just getting started. Directory, community feed, local governance tools, daily utilities — Toleds will grow into Toledo City's digital town square.
