Most nights are open play. There are paddles behind the counter, a coach some weekends, and a tournament when people ask for one. All of it is here, and all of it lands in the same day's takings.
Open play, with a rotation board
Post a session, sell it by the head, and let the waitlist fill itself when somebody drops. The board tracks who is on court and who is next, ordered by who has waited longest.
Tournaments that run themselves
Enter players by name, generate a round robin draw, and record scores as they come in. Standings settle wins first, then the head to head, then point difference.
Paddle rentals with a deposit
Hand one out against a booking or a name. The rental fee counts as takings and the refundable deposit stays out of them, so your day never reads higher than it was.
Coaching kept separate
Put a coach on a booking at their own rate. It sits beside the court money rather than inside it, so your court hire figure stays honest and the coach is paid what they earned.
Walk-ins at the counter
Someone turns up and wants the next hour. Book them in, take the cash, add a paddle and a drink, and it lands in the same day as everything else.

It charges the way you actually charge
- Peak and off peak, split at the hour
- A booking from five to seven with peak starting at six is charged as one off peak hour and one peak hour. It is not priced off whichever rate happened to apply when it started.
- Hours that match how you really open
- Close over lunch and open again in the afternoon. Trade past midnight. Set different hours per court. None of that needs a workaround.

The things worth asking first
What does it cost to list my courts?
Nothing, and Toleds takes no cut of a court booking. The customer pays you directly by GCash and the full amount stays with you.
How does a customer pay?
They send the money to your GCash and attach the screenshot, then you confirm it from your dashboard. You can also take cash at the counter and record it as a walk-in.
Do my regulars need to install the app?
No. Your own booking page lets somebody book a court without an account and without installing anything. The court is held for them straight away, and you confirm once they have paid.
Can I still take bookings over chat?
Yes. Anything booked by message or in person goes in as a walk-in, so your calendar and your daily close stay complete however the booking reached you.
What happens if two people book the same hour?
They cannot. The first booking holds the court and the second is refused with a plain message telling them to pick another slot. That holds whether the two arrived from the app, your own page, or the counter.
Can I close a court for repairs?
Yes. Mark it out of service with a note, and customers see why rather than finding an empty grid. You can also block a dated closure across the whole venue.
