Barangay Don Andres Soriano (Lutopan)

Lutopan, officially Don Andres Soriano after the founder of Atlas Consolidated Mining, is the historic mining town in the hills above Toledo. It is a major population center with a full commercial strip, schools and its own restaurant cluster, and Carmen Copper Corporation still mines the site today. Toleds delivers within Lutopan and on routes up from Poblacion.
